A: Yes. We accept all phone brands and models.

Q: How much do I need to pay for the repair service?

A: It depends on the phone models and the degree of damage. Please refer to your price list for more information.

Q: What If I want to cancel my booking?

A: You can cancel your booking anytime by sending an email to openrepairhk@gmail.com

Q: Can I change the date of my booking?

A: You can change the date of your booking by sending an email to openrepairhk@gmail.com to cancel your booking first. Then, you can book another time slot on our website https://openrepair.com.cuhk.edu.hk/appointment-hour-booking/.

Q: Do you have walk-in phone repair service?

A: Yes. Our repairer would be on campus every Friday from 14:30-16:30.

Q: Where will the phone repairs take place?

A: Most of the phone repairs will be executed on the spot. However, for more serious damages, our repairer might need to repair the devices in his shop in Shek Mun.

Q: Are you opened during holidays?

A: No. we are closed on holidays.
